Before you write a single page:

□ Search Gumroad and similar marketplaces for the niche you're considering.
□ List 3-5 listings already selling in that niche.
□ For each: note the price, the angle, and roughly how established it looks.
□ Confirm demand exists — nothing similar selling is usually a sign nobody
  wants it, not an open gap.
□ Write down the one angle inside the niche that's underserved.

Before you publish:

□ Outline written before body content (table of contents, clear promise
  on page one, skimmable headings).
□ Every section has a concrete example.
□ Any section that could be deleted without anyone noticing — deleted.
□ Price set against comparable listings, not against your own effort.

After you publish:

□ Track views vs. sales for two weeks.
□ Fix the one thing most obviously losing people — usually the cover or
  the title, rarely the content itself.
